Shipping Policy

At Vayu Lux, most of our products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we take a little extra time to prepare and dispatch your order.

  • Orders are generally processed within 2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes a minimum of 7 business days from the date of order.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier service and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are correct while placing your order.
  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
  • We currently deliver across India.

Replacement Policy

We want you to receive your Vayu Lux order in perfect condition. Since our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or has a manufacturing issue, you may request a replacement.

 

When can you request a replacement?

A replacement request can be raised if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a defective product
  • You received a different product from what you ordered
  • The product has a manufacturing or printing defect

How to request a replacement

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a replacement. On request, the product may need to be returned to us for inspection before a replacement is processed.

 

Important

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition for replacement consideration.
  • Replacement requests based on change of mind, colour preference, minor differences in screen colour or incorrect size selection may not be accepted.
  • For size-related concerns, please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
  • Replacement is subject to verification and approval by Vayu Lux.

If the requested product is unavailable, we may offer an appropriate alternative or another resolution at our discretion.

 

Order Cancellation

Since many Vayu Lux products are prepared specifically after an order is placed, cancellation may not be possible once the order has entered processing or production.

 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
