We will happily provide a replacement if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a replacement, contact us at thevayulux@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please Note: Once the package has been opened and the product has been used, it becomes ineligible for replacement.

• Machine wash cold (30°C or below) on a gentle cycle.
• Turn the cushion cover inside out before washing to preserve the print.
• Use a mild detergent. Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
• Do not soak for long periods.
• Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade.
• Do not wring excessively.
• Iron on low heat from the reverse side only. Do not iron directly on the printed design.
• Do not dry clean.
